Oil System Cleaner – cleaning of the complete lubrication system

Tec4 Premium Nano-Tec Oil System Cleaner is a professional lubrication systen cleaner,specifically formulated for modern engines, including start/stop systems and hybrid engines. The proliferation of modern engines has led to innovations in engine oil. Wet timing belt technology (Belt-In-Oil) and the introduction of complex oil-pressure-regulated secondary systems require the use of precisely specified, fully synthetic, low-viscosity oils. Due to the rapid evolution of engine designs, engine oils have changed significantly, bringing new challenges to the lubrication system.

Modern engines and engine oil contamination

Contemporary engines utilize technologies such as wet timing belts and complex, oil-pressure-controlled secondary systems. These systems require low-viscosity, fully synthetic engine oils. While these oils contribute to efficiency and lower emissions, they also have a disadvantage: they retain contamination residues more easily.

This results in increased deposition of:

  • tar and varnish;
  • carbon particles;
  • sludge;
  • and contamination in piston grooves and oil channels.

This contamination disrupts the optimal functioning of the lubrication system and can lead to reduced engine performance, increased wear, and malfunctions.

Tec4 Premium Nano-Tec Oil System Cleaner utilizes advanced nanotechnology, allowing the product to quickly and completely mix with all-specification modern engine oil. Thanks to a powerful combination of detergents and suspension improvers, contamination residues are:

  • quickly loosened;
  • effectively dissolved;
  • and kept in suspension within the oil.

As a result, all contamination particles are completely removed when draining the old engine oil. The product is oil-based and safe for professional use in modern engines.

Instructions for use – preventive/regular service:

  1. Add 1 bottle of Tec4 Oil System Cleaner to the old engine oil.
  2. Let the engine idle for 30 minutes.
  3. Check results.
  4. If necessary, repeat step 1 – 3

This product is suitable for all modern engines: motorbikes, boats, campervans, trucks and cars.

Then add Tec4 Long Life Oil System Cleaner or Tec4 Oil System Protector to the new oil for long-lasting protection.
