Air Intake & EGR Cleaner

Tec4 Air Intake & EGR Cleaner is a powerful air intake cleaner and EGR valve cleaner that effectively dissolves stubborn deposits of tar, varnish and resin. These deposits are caused by exhaust gas recirculation and incomplete combustion and accumulate in the air intake system, intake manifold, throttle body and EGR valve.

Application and Directions for Use

Directions

  1. Start the engine and allow it to reach full operating temperature.

  2. Remove the flexible hose between the turbocharger and intercooler, and access the air intake manifold.

  3. Let the engine run at a low, steady idle.

  4. Shake Tec4 Air Intake & EGR Cleaner well before use.

  5. Spray the product into the air intake manifold in two short intervals of 2 seconds.

  6. After each spray, wait until the RPM stabilises and returns to idle.

  7. Repeat until approximately half of the can has been used.
